[17 October 2024] Today, the team of Kartikeya Social Development Foundation conducted a comprehensive awareness campaign about dengue fever in the rural areas of Lucknow. The aim of this campaign was to provide the rural community with detailed information about the symptoms, causes, diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of dengue.
The team interacted directly with people in rural areas and informed them about the dangers of dengue. They provided information about the initial symptoms of dengue such as high fever, headache, joint pain, and red spots on the body. They also explained that dengue is transmitted by mosquito bites and what precautions should be taken to prevent it.
